- How much does iCloud removal cost?
- $65 flat. That is the only iCloud service we offer — no add-ons, no hidden fees.
- How long does it take?
- Most removals are completed within 24–72 hours of us receiving the device.
- Can you do it by mail?
- Yes. Mail-in adds $10 for tracked return shipping. Shipping the device to us is your responsibility.
- Do you need the device passcode?
- If the device has a screen passcode we need it to verify the removal worked. It is used for testing only and is never stored with your order.
- Will it work if the device is reported lost or stolen?
- No. We only work on devices you own. Bring proof of purchase if we ask for it — we decline anything reported lost or stolen.
