Frequently asked questions

How long does a screen repair take?

Most phone screens are done the same day, usually within 60–90 minutes once your device is with us. Tablets can take up to 48 hours.

What is the Premium Hard OLED upgrade?

For $80 extra on eligible iPhone and Samsung repairs you get a hard OLED panel with vibrant colour, OEM-grade contrast and better durability than a standard replacement.

Do you offer mail-in repairs?

Yes. Mail-in adds $10 for tracked return shipping. You cover the cost of sending the device to us; we cover the tracked return once the repair is finished.

Why do you ask for my device PIN?

The passcode lets us test the display, touch, Face ID and cameras after the repair. It is never stored with your order and you can change it as soon as you get the device back.

My model is not listed — can you still fix it?

Yes. Choose the "Other device/model" option in the booking form and we will send you an invoice with a quote for your exact model.

Is there a warranty?

Every screen repair is covered for 90 days against part defects. Accidental damage and liquid damage are not covered.
